PTI leader escapes attempt on life
Motorcyclists fired at vehicle of Hammad Azhar, son Mian Azhar, in Sunatnagar area of Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and son of Mian Azhar, Hamad Azhar survived an attempt on his life in Lahore on Saturday night.
Gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire at Azhar’s vehicle and escaped from the scene; however, Hammad remained safe.
The firing incident took place in Sunatnagar area of Lahore.
Azhar, who is son of former Punjab Governor Mian Azhar, confirmed the attack.
Police say investigation is under way into the firing.
