One person killed, 2 Rangers personnel injured in Karachi shooting
Police arrested four suspected terrorists from Musharraf Colony area.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – One person was killed and another injured when two rival groups exchanged fire in Korangi No. 1 on Monday.
Protesting against the incident, angry mob took to the streets and pelted stones on nearby vehicles and police vans.
Later, Rangers personnel were called in to bring the situation under control.
Separately, two Rangers personnel were injured when unidentified suspects riding on a motorcycle opened fire in Abul Hassan Isfahani Road. The injured security men were shifted to a private hospital.
On the other hand, police have arrested four terrorists of banned outfit and seized large quantity of weapons from Musharraf Colony area.
Police also seized large quantity of weapons including four ball bombs, one hand grenade, three pistols, and three rifles from their custody.
