BB murder case: Musharraf's interim bail plea dismissed
The interim bail plea was dismissed due to the absence of prosecutor.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court has dismissed the plea of former president Pervez Musharraf seeking extension in his interim bail.
The interim bail plea was dismissed after Musharraf and his lawyer failed to appear before the bench.
Meanwhile counsel for Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) said that Pervez Musharraf will be presented before the anti-terrorism court (ATC) after being arrested.
