Decision over appeal against Imran Khan reserved
The LHC's ET resumed hearing of pleas filed against nomination papers of candidates on Wednesday.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The election tribunal (ET) has reserved the verdict over the appeal filed against the nomination papers of Imran Khan.
Meanwhile, the tribunal has dismissed the appeal of Seemal Kamran, thus, disallowing her to contest elections.
The election tribunal of Lahore High Court (LHC) resumed hearing of the pleas filed against the nomination papers of candidates.
After reviewing the record of election commission and concerned university, the court rejected the plea of Seemal Kamran, declaring her degree as fake.
Meanwhile, the tribunal headed by Justice Nasir Sheikh reserved the verdict over the nomination papers of Imran Khan from NA-122.
