Badami Bagh tragedy: Police arrest over 100 miscreants
Police have arrested more than 100 miscreants from different parts of Lahore.
LAHORE: Police conducted search operation in various parts of the city and arrested more than 100 miscreants, allegedly involved in Badami Bagh tragedy.
Affectees of the tragedy are still waiting government’s help.
Several houses belonging to the Christian community were vandalised and burnt by a mob in Badami Bagh area of Lahore on Saturday over alleged blasphemy committed by a Christian man.
On Saturday, Punjab Chief Shahbaz Sharif announced Rs 200,000 to the each victim as compensation for the damages.
