Shahzeb case: Court orders special security for witnesses
The ATC has adjourned the hearing till Monday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The anti-terrorism court (ATC) has ordered the authorities to provide commandos security to claimant and witnesses in Shahzeb murder case.
Shahrukh jataoi, the main accused, along with others was presented in the court on Saturday. However, the counsel for the accused prayed to court to adjourn the hearing due to the black day being observed by lawyers’ fraternity over the sacking of CJP by former president Musharraf in 2007.
After hearing the arguments, the court adjourned the hearing till Monday.
Addressing the media outside the court, Shahzeb’s father said that he appeared in the court along with all witnesses.
