SC to resume OGRA implementation case hearing today
A two-member bench of the Supreme Court will resume OGRA implementation case hearing today.
The Supreme Court (SC) bench, headed by Justice Jawad S Khwaja, will resume hearing of OGRA implementation case today.
The FIA and NAB officials will submit a report about the arrest of ex-chairman OGRA Tauqeer Sadiq during today’s proceeding.
During previous hearing the NAB and FIA officials had informed the apex court that the matter of arrest of former OGRA chief is in the court of Abu Dhabi. However, arrest warrants of Tauqeer Sadiq have been issued.
NAB Prosecutor Waqas Ahmad also informed the court that a textile group from Pakistan illegally providing financial assistance to Tauqeer Sadiq and his family.
