Three people including a security official were killed in a blast on Ring Road Patang Chowk in Peshawar, Dunya News Monday reported. Several others were injured in the blast. According to Dunya News Correspondent blast occurred near police picket when a rikshaw was being searched. Sources told that attack was a suicide attack and attacker was riding on rikshaw. Rescue activities were initiated after the blast and police have cordoned off the area. Injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital. Emergency has been announced in the hospital. Talking to Dunya News NWFP Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that security forces in-time action saved the city from a big incident. He maintained that government was determined to eliminate terrorists and would keep doing action against them.
