A delegation of MQM called on President Asif Ali Zardari in the Presidency on Wednesday and discussed issues relating to the coalition government, appointment of administrators in local body institutions and law and order situation in Sindh. While the decision regarding appointment of administrators delayed till the PM Gilanis return. The MQM delegation comprised Governor Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan, Federal Ministers Dr. Farooq Sattar, Dr. Babar Ghouri, Provincial Ministers and Parliamentarians. Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Federal Ministers Senator Rehman Malik, Syed Khurshid Shah, Syed Naveed Qamar and Chairman NRB Dr. Asim Hussain were also present during the meeting. The delegation insisted that current local body set-up should be continued till the law and order situation in the country gets better. According to sources, the decision is pending in this regard till the return of PM Gilani from China visit.
