Musharraf, Shaukat Aziz nominated in FIR of Bugtis murder
On the orders of Balochistan High Court, the First Information Report (FIR) of Nawab Akbar Bugti has been registered in Dera Bugti Police Station against former president Pervez Muhsarraf, reported Dunya News. The complainant is Jameel Bugti while former premier Shaukat Aziz, former interior minister Aftab Sherpao, former chief minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf and Shoiab Nosherwani have also been nominated in the FIR No 26, 2009. The counsel for the complainant said that name of NWFP Governor Owais Ghani was also nominated in the FIR but the action against him would be initiated after he quits the governorship. The FIR of Nawab Bugtis murder has been registered after three years of his death
