Pakistani, Indian agencies should work together, suggests Durrani
Former Adviser on National Security Mahmood Ali Durrani says that Pakistani and Indian intelligence agencies should work together rather than accusing each other. In a lecture delivered in New Delhi he opined that security and intelligence agencies of both the countries should initiate dialogues and negotiations. He said that there was a notion among Pakistani agencies that India helped separatists in Balochistan while many people held India responsible for FATA militancy as well. According to Durrani, his Indian friends believed Pakistani agencies were busy in destabilizing India. We should raise us up to these things and work together, Durrani elaborated. Later, talking to media he maintained that India had no evidence of its accusations against Hafiz Saeed.
