Federal cabinet has increased salary of government servants by 20 percent.

Ad-hoc allowance will not be part of the salary. The increase of Rs 1800 was made in the salaries of Grade 1 officials, raising the salary from Rs 4600 to Rs 6600.The salary of Grade 2 officials have been raised to Rs 5,800, Grade 3 to 7,100, Grade 4 to Rs 7,400, Grade 5 to Rs 7,800, Grade 6 to Rs 8,200, Grade 7 to 8,600, Grade 8 to 9,000, Grade 9 to Rs 9,400, Grade 10 to 9,800, Grade 11 to Rs 10,200, Grade 12 to Rs 11,000, Grade 12 to Rs 11,000, Grade 13 to Rs 12,000, Grade 14 to Rs 13,200, Grade 15 to Rs 14,600,Grade 16 to Rs 18,000, Grade 17 to Rs 26,400, Grade 18 to Rs 34,000 Grade 19 to Rs 49,300, Grade 20 to Rs 64,000, Grade 21 to Rs 70,000 and Grade 22 to Rs 80,000.The medical allowance of Grade 1 to Grade 15 has been doubled.From 15 to 50 percent allowances from the salaries have been excluded as well.
