63rd Independence Day to be celebrated with traditional fervor
The 63rd Independence Day of Pakistan is being celebrated with traditional zeal and fervor on Friday (tomorrow). The main roads and the building have been decorated in connection with the independence celebrations. The main ceremony to celebrate independence will be held at Makka Chowk Aziz Abad Karachi at 12am tonight. MQM Chief Altaf Hussain will address the ceremony. The main celebrations will be held at NWFP and Balochistan Governor Houses while on the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister the top students will hoist the flag in every district of the Punjab. Across the country, important roads, government and private buildings have been decorated with welcoming banners.
