Pakistans nuclear arsenals safe despite three terrorist attacks
Pentagon is confident that there is no chance terrorist having access to Pakistans nuclear arsenals and nuclear installations of the country are safe despite three attacks on them, an American TV has said. According to the Fox News an official of Pentagon has confirmed a report by the West Point which claimed that three attacks were made on Pakistans nuclear installations in 2007. A Pakistani official has called the report out of context. He said that Pakistans nuclear installations were safe and out of terrorists reach. He said that the installations mentioned in the report had nothing to do with Pakistans installations. American official, however, hasnt cleared whether or not the terrorist knew what they were targeting on. He said that Wah Complex was a huge place where many activities apart from nuclear experiments took place. To carry out blast at the complex gate doesnt mean that the terrorist can occupy it, he maintained. He said that US believed that attacks were made on the installation but it couldnt be said Pakistans nuclear assets were unsafe.
