London: Futuristic Batmobile unveiled

The Batmobile featured in the new theatre production of Batman Live has been unveiled in London.

The latest interpretation of the car was designed by renowned Formula One race car designer, Gordon Murray.The Batmobile’s designer is behind the creation of 50 of the most successful Formula One cars including one for the late Ayrton Senna. “The idea behind it is that it could be a real car of the future so it’s based on Formula One aerodynamics and materials but as I see them in say 15-20 years time.”
