Sonam Kapoor has been hospitalized due to exhaustion on Thursday.

The actress has been so hard at work lately that she had to check in to hospital.Sonam recently shot Thank You, Players and Mausam. She has also hit the promotions trail for her fun flick Thank You. Doctors have advised Sonam to take rest.
