Plaintiff Salma Brohi changes statement in alleged rape case
Family of Salma Brohi and the suspended civil judge Imtiaz Bhutto were also present in the court.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Plaintiff Salma Brohi changed her statement and said that she accused the judge out of anger.
According to details, alleged Salma Brohi rape case has taken a new turn as plaintiff changed her earlier statement as she appeared in court of Second Civil Judge Abdul Wahid.
Salma Brohi in her second statement, confessed that she she falsely accused the judge Imtiaz Bhutto as he was sending her back to her parents.
Family of Salma Brohi and the suspended civil judge Imtiaz Bhutto were also present in the court during the hearing.
It is pertinent to mention that the woman Salma Brohi had accused Judge Imtiaz Bhutto of sexual misconduct after which a case was registered against the judge on January 22 in Sehwan while two JITs were formed to investigate the alleged rape. Chief Justice of Sindh High Court also took notice of the matter after which Judge Imtiaz Bhutto was suspended.
