School teacher allegedly rapes disabled girl in Hafizabad
Incident involves teacher of special education school who allegedly raped a 5th-grade student
HAFIZABAD (Dunya News) – The 15-year-old daughter Sonia of a laborer was allegedly raped multiple times by her teacher Zuhaib in Government Special Education School, reported Dunya News.
Sonia was transferred to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) after she had fallen ill. The victimized disabled girl has stated that she was raped multiple times by her school teacher.
Medical tests were conducted for the victimized girl on the order of magistrate Sohail Mehmood. Sonia’s father Ishaq Ahmed told that the teacher was raping Sonia for one and a half year and had also threatened to kill her if she tells anyone about it.
Sonia’s father expressed with sorrow that he had sent his daughter for education and had no idea that her teacher will turn out to be a rapist.
He also said that he went to police for help but the police denied any assistance after which he knocked the court’s door.
The father of 5th-grade student has pleaded Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif for justice. He demanded that action must be taken against the teacher of special education school.
Meanwhile, the District Police Officer (DPO) of Hafizabad has passed orders to register the case.
