Ferozewala: Three dacoits killed in police encounter
At least three dacoits were killed in exchange of fire with police near Ferozewala on Monday.
FEROZEWALA (Dunya News) – According to details, five dacoits boarded a Lahore-bound van from Sialkot on Monday. The dacoits took out their arms when the van reached near Kala Shah Kaku and started looting cash, gold ornaments and mobile phones from the passengers.
In the meantime, a police mobile reached the spot upon the dacoits opened fire at the police. Police returned the fire due to which three dacoits were killed while two of their accomplices managed to escape.
Police have shifted the bodies of the dacoits to hospital in Sheikhupura for autopsy. The identity of the dead dacoits is not yet known.
