Rawalpindi: Beggars' mafia gang caught, three kidnapped recovered
Two kids and a man kidnapped from Jacobabad were recovered as two women of the gang arrested
RAWALPINDI: (Dunya News) – Beggars’ mafia gang was on Wednesday caught while three of the people they had kidnapped, including two kids and a man from Jacobabad, were recovered, reported Dunya News.
This development has also revealed the link between the beggars and the kidnappers. The scandal was exposed when two women of the group were arrested. A man kidnapped from Balochistan was recovered while begging in Rawalpindi.
According to details, the man named Abdul Majeed was taken into custody upon being identified by a relative. Abdul Majeed had been kidnapped from Jacobabad and sold to beggars’ mafia around a year and a half.
Child Protection Bureau also recovered two kids and arrested two women of the gang in a raid.
