Karachi: Law enforcement agencies apprehend eight during crackdown

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Law enforcement agencies late Wednesday night arrested 8 suspects during crackdown in the Provincial Capital. An abducted citizen was also recovered from Anda More area of the city during action.
According to the details, Rangers Task Force recovered the abducted individual and arrested the head of the kidnapping group along with 4 of his accomplices. The felons used to abduct people after dressing up as fake police officers. The suspects have been shifted to an unknown location for interrogation.
On the other hand, an alleged suspect belonging to a political party was taken into custody by security agencies from Gulshan-e-Iqbal area.
Meanwhile police arrested 2 street criminals from Malir Alfalah area. According the police, Kalashnikov and a TT pistol have been recovered from the arrested perpetrator.
