Yasir Shah suffers back injury ahead of Australia clash
Shah suffered from the same back injury in the series against England in UAE last year.
CAIRNS (Dunya News) – The leg spinner Yasir Shah injured his back during a practice session at the Cazaly s Stadium on Tuesday.
Shah will not be able to play the practice match against Australia ‘A’ that starts from tomorrow as doctors have advised him two days’ rest.
Yasir Shah suffered from the same back injury in the series against England in United Arab Emirates (UAE) last year.
He also missed the boot camp held in Kakul earlier this year owing to a leg injury.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Officials, his injury is not severe, and he will be fit to play the first Test match against Australia starting from 15 December.
