LAHORE: (Web Desk) - Pakistan Coach Waqar Younis has on Wednesday expressed anger and fatigue with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan and Chief Organiser Najam Sethi as his confidential report submitted personally to PCB Chairman got leaked to the media. He said that he had personally submitted the report to PCB Chairman and added that he was considering resigning as Head Coach, reported Dunya News.

Talking to media in Lahore, Waqar said that he couldn t understand how the report got leaked to the media. He said that the fcus of the board does not seem to be on correcting the things. "Najam Sethi and Shahryar Khan did not even bother meeting me. They have let me down. When I asked how the report got leaked, I faced humiliation only", says Waqar.

In his report, Waqar had highlighted the reasons behind Pakistan s failure in the World T20.

The head coach is clearly not happy with the way the players have responded or shown improvement in their game.

While opening the Pandora’s box, Waqar alleged that star batsman Mohammad Hafeez kept secret his injury before World Twenty20 while the captain Shahid Afridi also didn’t participate in maximum team meetings and practices.

The former pacer revealed that some players in the squad were not ready to co-operate with the coaching staff. He said they were also not able to implement the game plan given by the coach.

Waqar Younis said Team Manager Moin Khan has badly ruined dressing room’s environment as he took gifts from the players.

He further declared Moin behind grouping in the team.

Shahid Afridi’s inability to be an effective captain was also highlighted by Younis in the report.

The report has been dispatched to fact-finding committee that includes Test captain Misbah-ul-Haq and senior batsman Younis Khan.

The committee is likely to take action after hearing the point of views of every blamed person.

Waqar Younis was also responsible for the poor performance of the team as he selected out of order Nasir Jamshed in World Cup 2015 as a substitute of Mohammad Hafeez and refused to list Sarfraz Ahmed in playing XI.

On the other hand, He also uttered disappointing words by saying that: “My team doesn’t deserve to be in semi-finals”.

Earlier, Head coach Waqar Younis had apologized to nation over team’s poor performance in ongoing mega event International Cricket Council World Twenty20.

"If my leaving makes things better, then I would do it without delay," he said.

Pakistan were knocked out of the World T20 after failing to qualify for the semi-finals as they lost three out of their four group matches.

They only managed to win two matches in the Asia Cup.
