Afridi, Shehzad enjoy burger party but no money in pockets

AUCKLAND: (Dunya News) – Star Pakistani cricketers Shahid Afridi and Ahmed Shehzad went to a restaurant in New Zealand and enjoyed their burger party on Monday but realized later on that they had no New Zealand currency. It was a Pakistani fan, however, who came for the rescue and paid their bills, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Pakistan players are on New Zealand tour these days. T20 captain Shahid Afridi and opener Ahmed Shehzad went to a restaurant to have burgers but after eating the burgers they realized they had no New Zealand currency with them. On this occasion, a Pakistani fan came to the rescue of the two players by paying the bill from his pocket.
On the other hand, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also taken the notice of the incident. PCB will investigate whether the players had gone out with the permission of the management or on their own. PCB may also take action against the players if violation of the code of conduct gets proven.
