FIA deports Dean Jones from Islamabad airport
Jones was deported to Australia by a flight this noon, the officials confirmed.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Former Australian cricketer Dean Jones and a head coach of Islamabad United franchise in Pakistan Super League (PSL) was deported on Sunday morning to Australia after he arrived in Islamabad without Pakistani visa.
According to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the cricketer was having no travel documents including visa due to which he was barred from coming out of Benazir International Airport in Islamabad.
Jones was deported to Australia by a flight this noon, the officials confirmed.
Islamabad United is one of the five franchises of country’s first T20 tournament Pakistan Super League (PSL) that is scheduled in February 2016.
