Pakistan win toss, elect to bat against Bangladesh in only T20 match

Pakistan was clean sweeped by Bangladesh in three one-day internationals series.

MIRPUR (Dunya News) – Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi won the toss and elected to bat first against Bangladesh in the only Twenty20 international against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla stadium in Dhaka on Friday.

Pakistan was clean sweeped by Bangladesh in three one-day internationals series.

However, Pakistan T20 captain Shahid Afridi is hopeful of winning this match.

Pakistan and Bangladesh have played seven T20s previously, with Pakistan winning all the matches.

Bangladesh will be looking to ride on their recent ODI run to break Pakistan s stranglehold today.
