South Africa won the toss and elected to field first.

AUCKLAND (Dunya News) - Pakistan managed to hold a 29run victory over South Africa. Pakistani Players got all out on 222 whereas rain has disrupted the match followed a reduction in overs. South Africa tried to chase the target however failed to snatch the victory as they got all out on 202 runs. Ab de Villiers smashed highest score of 77 runs.

Pakistani keeper Sarfraz caught as many as five catches whereas bowlers Irfan, Wahab Riaz and Rahat Ali took three wickets respectively.

Here goes South Africa all out on 202 while chasing a target of 232. Victory for Pakistan.

Over 33: Wicket of de Villiers made Pakistan nation happy. SA on 201-9

OUT.. Finally! the last hope of South Africa gone. Yes its de Villiers (77) got out off Sohail Khan ball.

Talking about Pakistan s bowling, Mohammad Irfan took 3 wickets on 51 runs, Rahat Ali 2 on 25 whereas Wahab Riaz also snatched 2 wickets on 33 runs.

Mohammad Irfan has some problem in right thigh, physiotherapist called in.

Pakistan all out on 222 runs off 46.4 overs setting target of 232 runs for South Africa following a D/L method. The game was reduced to 47 overs due to heavy rain in Aukland however, Misbah made highest score of 56 runs.

Right then, the official word is out and Pakistan have had their innings reduced to 47 overs. Play will continue in 15 minutes at the top of the hour before a 10 minute interval.

Rain has again disrupted Pakistan s innings off 40 overs. Heavy showers blowing across the ground whereas pitch has also been covered.
