One year in office: Obamas popularity dented

US President Barrack Hussain Obama has completed a year in office with persistent decline in his popularity graph.Obama would address the State of Union on January 27.Born in 1961 in Hawaii, Obama is called Bari in his family and friends circle. His father belonged to Kenya while mother is from Hawaii.Obama took the oath on January 20, 2008 as the 44th president of the US in front of millions of people. Obama took so many important decisions in between such as on January 22, 2008, he signed the order to close down the Gitmo prison within a year and directed to deploy around 17,000 army personnel in Afghanistan. Obama got a majority vote of around 69 percent people, however, over the time his popularity dented due to so far unresolved issues like economic meltdown, Afghan and Iraq wars, deteriorating auto industry and health sectors in the US.Obamas decisions on the above said issues have affected his popularity graph a lot as around 3million people have been rendered jobless during the last year.According to a Gallup survey, around 45 percent people are dissatisfied with Obamas performance.
