UAE company launches world's 'most secure phone'
The phone will provide a secure communication among government officials.
(Web Desk) - DarkMatter, a cyber security Emirati company, has unveiled a latest secure smart phone named ‘KATIM’.
According to the company officials, KATIM possess a self-destructive technology; the device destroys all sensitive data in case there is any prohibited access to make phone inoperable.
The founder of DarkMatter in an interview with Al-Arabiya said that “Moralist hackers were allowed to try KATIM when it was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2017, which was held in Barcelona last week. They tried to hack its data but they completely failed.”
This phone will provide a secure communication among government officials.
Some media reports said that US President Donald Trump also ordered his security team to follow up on the news of this new Emirati phone, so he can get rid of unsecured Android phone which poses major security threat.
