(Web Desk) – Pakistan will lock horns with New Zealand in the semi-final of FIH Hockey Men's Nations Cup at Gniezno in Poland today June 8.
The match will start at nine pm.
On June 5, Pakistan qualified for the semi-final of the tournament despite losing their game to France by 6-5 Gniezno, Poland.
The team green booked the berth in semis on the basis of better goal margin as he secured second position on the points table.
Earlier, Pakistan defeated Canada by 8-1 in their second match of the ongoing Nations Cup.
Four goals by Rana Waheed Ashraf, a brace by Ghazanfar Ali, and one each by Abdul Rehman and Hannan Shahid cruised the Green Shirts to a dominant victory.
