LAHORE (Web Desk) – Bagging another record in his name and achieving another feat, Pakistani mountaineer Shehroze Kashif has summited the world's eighth highest peak

Mount Manaslu for the second time becoming the youngest Pakistani to scale the mountain.

It should be noted that Shehroze Kashif climbed Mount Manaslu for the first time in 2021, later it was revealed in 2021 that the real summit point of Manaslu is a few meters ahead, after this revelation, the Pakistani mountaineer decided to scale Manaslu again.

Although the summiting by Kashif with Sarbaz Ali was recognized as legal, the two mountaineers announced they would go to the actual summit by following the rules.

In a tweet, which he reposted on his wall, he said, "With his eyes on the stars and feet firmly on ground, Pakistan's Shehroze Kashif reached the summit of Mt #Manaslu (8163m) this morning. With this remarkable achievement, Shehroze has not only reached the true summit of Manaslu, but also has officially become the youngest climber in the world to summit 12 peaks above #8000 meters."

Pakistan's Sajid Sidpara had summited the actual summit of Manaslu last year.

It should be noted that Kashif is also the youngest mountaineer who has scaled 12 peaks higher than 8,000 meters. At the age of 17, Kashif also climbed Broad Peak, the fourth highest peak in Pakistan at an altitude of 26,400 feet above sea level. He is also the youngest climber to hoist the Pakistani flag on Broad Peak.

Kashif hailing from Lahore has previously climbed Mount Everest, Annapurna, K2, Kunchingjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Nanga Parbat, Gesherbrum I and II.
