Former hockey captain Abdul Haseem Khan forced to retire

Abdul Haseem Khan was not selected for the Asia Cup that was recently held.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former Pakistan hockey captain Abdul Haseem Khan will announce his retirement in a press conference on Wednesday (today) after being disheartened by the behavior Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).

The ex-skipper said that he wants to continue playing international hockey, but the purpose of taking this decision is to awake the PHF who is damaging the sport.

If the management does not change its methodology then there will be left no one to even remember our national game, he maintained.

Abdul Haseem informed that he will also answer the allegations that have been levelled against him by the chief selector in his presser.

Let it be known that Khan was not selected for the Asia Cup that was recently held, and that is the reason why he is displeased with the selectors.
