CNG stations of Multan, Lahore, Sheikhupura and Gujranwala regions have been closed for three days.

The federal government had increased gas load shedding duration from two days to three days for CNG stations in Punjab. Under new gas load management plan, CNG stations in Lahore, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Multan and Gujranwala regions will remain close from 6 am Monday to 6am Thursday. CNG stations in Faisalabad, Islamabad and Bahawalpur will be closed from Thursday to Sunday. The gas supply to industrial units in Lahore, Sheikhupura and Faisalabad has also suspended for two days.
