Khanpur: 100 fall unconscious in toxic gas leakage

At least 100 people fell unconscious after leakage of toxic gas from an ice factory.

The leakage of toxic gas started in Jaja Abbasian, a suburban town of Khanpur and turned more than hundred people unconscious.The affected people also included 10 women and children who had been shifted to THQ Hospital and Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan.The factory owner fled from the scene before the police arrived. Hundreds of residents of the area protested against the factory owner.
