THARPARKAR (Dunya News) – Eight people were burnt alive and five others sustained burn injuries when a gas cylinder exploded in an ambulance parked at BHU Plus in Dano Dhandal on Wednesday.
According to the Assistant Commissioner, the injured were immediately shifted to Civil Hospital Mithi for medical treatment, while efforts are underway to identify the deceased.
Following the incident, officials from the local administration, Health Emergency, Rescue 1122 and town authorities rushed to the scene to assist in rescue and relief operations.
The Assistant Commissioner said relief activities were continuing at a rapid pace, with authorities taking necessary measures to control the situation and provide assistance to those affected.
The identities of the deceased are yet to be confirmed.
