Summary Six judicial officers have been transferred and appointed to various positions in Balochistan’s district judiciary with the approval of the Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court.

QUETTA (Dunya News) – Six judicial officers of the Balochistan district judiciary have been transferred and appointed with the approval of the Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, according to a notification issued in this regard.

According to the notification, District and Sessions Judge Qila Abdullah Asadullah Khan has been appointed District and Sessions Judge Chaman.

District and Sessions Judge Loralai Nazir Ahmed Khajjak has been appointed District and Sessions Judge Barkhan, while District and Sessions Judge Kharan Inayatullah Khan Kakar has been posted as District and Sessions Judge Loralai.

The notification further stated that Umeed Ali Baloch has been appointed as Acting District and Sessions Judge Kharan.

According to the notification, Muhammad Naeem Dawi has been transferred from Additional District and Sessions Judge-I Hub and appointed Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV Quetta.

Muhammad Yousaf Baloch has been transferred from Additional District and Sessions Judge Dalbandin and appointed Additional District and Sessions Judge-I Hub.

The appointments and transfers will take effect in accordance with the issued notification.
