Summary President Asif Ali Zardari will visit Kyrgyzstan until July 9 for high-level talks on trade, investment and regional cooperation in the first visit by a Pakistani president in 21 years.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Asif Ali Zardari will undertake an official visit to Kyrgyzstan from today until July 9 at the invitation of the Kyrgyz president, leading a high-level Pakistani delegation.

Foreign Office stated that, President Zardari will hold a one-on-one meeting with the Kyrgyz president, followed by delegation-level talks covering bilateral relations, regional and international issues, trade, investment, energy, mining, agriculture, textiles and cooperation in other key sectors.

The visit marks the first by a Pakistani president to Kyrgyzstan in 21 years and follows the Kyrgyz president’s visit to Pakistan in December 2025, reflecting growing high-level engagement between the two countries.
