(Web Desk) – Pakistan will begin flights on Sunday to bring back Hajj pilgrims from Saudi Arabia.
On the first day of the post-Hajj operation, 22 flights are scheduled to return 5,237 pilgrims to various cities across the country.
The first Hajj flight from Jeddah is set to arrive in Sialkot on the morning of June 1, carrying 391 pilgrims.
On the same day, five flights will land in Islamabad, four in Karachi, four in Lahore, and three each in Multan and Sialkot. Additionally, two flights are scheduled for Faisalabad and one for Quetta.
Under the government scheme, a total of 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims will return home through 471 flights operated by Pakistan’s public and private airlines as well as Saudi carriers.
The repatriation process is scheduled to continue until June 30, ensuring a smooth return for all pilgrims who performed Hajj this year.
