KARACHI (Web Desk) - The traffic authorities have revised the speed limit for vehicles on Karachi’s busy Shahrah-e-Faisal, setting it at 70 km/h for cars and motorcycles.

According to a notification issued by Deputy Inspector General Traffic Pir Muhammad Shah, the speed limit for heavy vehicles has been kept unchanged at 30 km/h.

The updated directive aims to regulate traffic flow on one of the city’s busiest arteries.

Earlier in November last year, the speed limit for cars and motorcycles on major roads in Karachi had been set at 60 km/h, while the 30 km/h limit for heavy traffic across the city remained in place.
