Summary Minister stated that Pakistan holds a strong position internationally at both diplomatic and military levels.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar said on Saturday that Pakistan has not only achieved success in Marka-e-Haq on the ground but has also secured a strong diplomatic victory, emerging internationally as a leading voice for peace.

Addressing a special ceremony in Islamabad, minister stated that Pakistan holds a strong position internationally at both diplomatic and military levels. In contrast, he claimed that across the eastern border there is “isolation, failure, and embarrassment.”

The minister said that acts of terrorism in Pakistan have never been condemned from the eastern side, adding that Pakistan had apprehended Kulbhushan Jadhav for involvement in such activities.

He further stated that following the success of “Marka-e-Haq,” Pakistan has emerged globally as a proponent of peace. He said that the campaign was not only fought on the ground but also on the diplomatic front, where Pakistan achieved success.

Referring to the Pahalgam incident, Atta Tarar said Pakistan demanded evidence, but India failed to provide any concrete response. He accused India of promoting terrorism, while asserting that Pakistan continues to actively combat it.

He added that people around the world take pride in their association with Pakistan, noting that the country acted as a responsible state by expressing concern over the Pahalgam incident.

The minister also highlighted the sacrifices made by various segments of society in the fight against terrorism, citing incidents such as the APS tragedy and the Jaffar Express attack.

The minister also praised social media users and the younger generation for exposing Indian media narratives globally and highlighting Pakistan’s peaceful image. He noted that when India blocked Pakistani YouTube channels, Pakistanis responded by broadcasting national songs and anthems across borders
