ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing the appeals filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi challenging their conviction in the 190 million pound NAB reference.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif will hear the case today (Wednesday). The registrar’s office has issued the cause list for the hearing.
The case was previously scheduled for hearing on April 22, but the cause list was cancelled due to the closure of the Red Zone. The high court has now re-fixed the appeal for today.
