Summary Islamabad High Court will hear Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeal in £190 million NAB case tomorrow.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court has fixed for hearing tomorrow the appeal filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against their convictions in the £190 million NAB case.

Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif will hear the case.

The registrar office has issued the cause list for the hearing.

Earlier, the case had been scheduled for April 22, but the cause list was cancelled due to the Iran-US talks and closure of the Red Zone.

The case relates to the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust corruption case, in which an accountability court in Islamabad sentenced Imran Khan to 14 years and Bushra Bibi to seven years in prison on January 17, 2025. Their appeals and petitions for suspension of sentence have since faced several procedural hurdles before the high court.
