KARACHI (Dunya News) – The funeral prayers of two more persons, who died in Gul Plaza inferno, were offered in Karachi on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.

The funeral prayers of 60-year-old Kausar Parveen and 41-year-old Muhammad Ashraf were held and they were laid to rest at a local graveyard. It is pertinent to mention here that six members of Kausar Parveen’s family lost their lives in the tragedy. Four family members were laid to rest on Sunday.

On the other hand, relatives of the missing persons in the tragedy staged a protest, expressing intense grief and anger over the deaths of their loved ones. The families demanded the handover of DNA reports and the bodies of their relatives.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner South has assured the families of all possible assistance.
