ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A detailed report in the Arshad Sharif murder case has been submitted to the constitutional court.
According to sources, a hearing was held in the constitutional court regarding the Arshad Sharif murder case, during which the Additional Attorney General submitted a detailed report.
The report includes details of the steps taken by the government so far.
The report submitted to the court also contains information regarding the investigations carried out by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT).
Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman informed the court that the report also outlines future steps. He stated that the JIT only needs to travel to Kenya to collect evidence, and once the site inspection is completed, the investigation will be finalized.
The hearing of the important case was conducted by a two-member bench headed by Justice Aamer Farooq. The court then adjourned further proceedings until after the winter court vacations.
