KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Monday said asked the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) not to engage in politics of accusations and hatred.

Sharjeel Memon said that MQM-P politics has already ended and added that their demand for a new province was merely an unsuccessful attempt to revive its dead politics. He said that division of Sindh is impossible

He said the 27th Constitutional Amendment will improve the justice system. He said that if MQM-backed local government amendment was not accepted even then they voted in favour of 27th Constitutional Amendment.

He said the PPP has long been a victim of judicial activism. The governments of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto were dismissed, and President Asif Ali Zardari spent 11 years in prison without conviction.

He said Charter of Democracy (CoD), signed in 2006 outlined the establishment of a federal constitutional court to resolve constitutional issues. The establishment of this court is being realized through the 27th Constitutional Amendment.
