Aalam Mehsud among 10 terrorists killed in Dera Ismail Khan security operation

Security forces killed 10 terrorists, including ringleader Aalam Mehsud, and injured four in an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan’s Kulachi, recovering explosives and weapons.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - In a major intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan, security forces killed 10 terrorists, including the ringleader of Fitnat-ul-Khawarij, Aalam Mehsud, while four others were injured.
According to security sources, the operation was conducted in the Kulachi area following reports of terrorist presence. During the exchange, forces eliminated ten militants, four of whom were foreign terrorists belonging to Afghanistan.
Sources said a large cache of explosives, suicide jackets, IEDs, and weapons was recovered from the possession of the slain militants.
Further information revealed that Aalam Mehsud had been involved in several high-profile attacks, including the 2008 Nawaz Kot post attack, the Bannu Jail attack, and assaults on Army posts.
