ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A major development has taken place in the ongoing audio leak case in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The case has been transferred from the court of Justice Babar Sattar to that of Justice Azam Khan after the dissolution of Justice Sattar’s single bench.
Justice Khan will now hear the petitions tomorrow, November 4, filed against the leaked audio clips allegedly involving former chief justice Saqib Nisar’s son, Najam Saqib, and former first lady, Bushra Bibi.
It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Court (SC) had earlier issued a stay order in this case, restraining the IHC to go on with further proceedings.
The petitions were filed by Bushra Bibi and Najam Saqib.
