NAWABSHAH (Dunya News): A medium-level flood has been declared at the Guddu Barrage on the Indus River after a further rise in the water level, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.

In Sakrand area of Nawabshah, the water flow continues to rise, submerging more than 20 villages in the Katcha (riverine) area. In Ubauro, residents have been forced to evacuate due to the rising waters.
At Sukkur Barrage, a low-level flood situation continues, with a recorded water flow of 302,000 cusecs.
