Barrister Saif said the government has completely failed to control the sugar mafia
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Adviser Barrister Dr. Saif has said that the sugar mafia remains unchecked in the country and is directly linked to the ruling elite.
In a statement, Barrister Saif said the government has completely failed to control the sugar mafia, leaving the public at their mercy.
He added that because of their ties to the country’s rulers, no one dares to take action against the sugar mafia.
The provincial adviser further stated that while citizens are crushed under the burden of inflation, the assets of those in power continue to grow, accusing the government of increasing the public’s misery instead of providing relief.
