The lift fell after its cable was broken due to overloading
KARACHI (Dunya News) – One person was killed as lift of a factory malfunctioned and fell in Karachi on Sunday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, lift of a factory located near Shafeeq More in New Karachi area fell after its cable was broken due to overloading, as a result one person died.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead body to hospital. According to police, the deceased was identified as 35-yeal-old Younuf who was resident of Mirpur.
